1、 Pick-up point is out of the 4th Ring Road of Beijing additional charge will apply. Please contact Zanbus for actual cost
2、 Additional CNY100 applies for Depart time between 10PM-6AM（not flight takeoff time）
3、 Do not show up during 30 minutes waiting time and cannot be contacted, will default is temporarily cancelled and receive no refund.
4、 Driver tips & other costs not directly related to car service

1、 Bookings made at least 4 hours ahead of set out.（not flight takeoff time）. Please contact Zanbus if any Urgent booking.
2、 Please note that babies and children count as passengers. Free provide the baby seats f if you request. Please submit this information at least 2 days in advance.)
3、 Driver and Car information will be updated only 24 hours ahead of service date. Please check on Zanbus APP
4、 Free cancellation for bookings canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Please contact Zanbus if you need to cancel for special reason. Otherwise No refund will be granted for cancellations made after this time.
5、 Modification is not accepted, please cancel your booking first and rebook the this service. Please contact Zanbus if any emergency changes。

3、Vehicle：Well cleaned inside & outside，No personal things left inside the car and the trunk.
4、Timing：For departure flight Domestic 2 hours & International 3 hours ahead of time to arrive at Airport ,
