1、 Tour guide tips & Transportation, admission, Meal, or anything else not specifically mentioned
2、 Over time service，please tip to the guide directly （CNY：50-100）
3、 Pickup range within the 4rd Ring Road of Beijing. Otherwise please pay taxi fees to our guide.
4、 Additional CNY 50-100/hour will applies for working time over 9 hours（Pay to guide）

1、Bookings made at least 24 hours ahead of service arrive time. Please contact Zanbus if any Urgent booking.
2、Guide information will be updated only 24 hours ahead of service date. Please check on Zanbus APP
3、Free cancellation for bookings canceled at least 24 hours in advance. 50% cancellation fees for booking canceled between 24-12 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. 100% cancellation fees for booking canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled service time.
4、Modification is not accepted, please cancel your booking first and rebook the this service. Please contact Zanbus if any emergency changes。

1、Zanbus：Shall be reconfirm your booking with traveller about guide information, tour arrangement and depart time. （24/7 customer service）
2、Guide: The Guide will be at your designated pick-up point 10 minutes in advance.
3、Guide: Provide guide service as your confirmed tour arrangements, drop-off back to your hotel when tour ends
