1、 Bookings require to made 24 hours in advance the day before the Schedule departure. Please contact Zanbus Wechat if any Urgent booking。
2、 Free cancellation for bookings canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure.
3、 50% cancellation fees for booking canceled between 24-12 hours in advance of the scheduled departure.
4、 100% cancellation fees for booking canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled departure.

1、Travelers will receive a message about their tour arrangement while taking the check-in procedure at hotel front desk.
2、You will be contacted before 10:00 p.m. the day before departure to confirm pick-up information （normally set round 07:00 a.m.）regarding your driver and/or tour guide.
3、We may contact you via phone (if provided), hotel reception, or email. If we cannot reach you before this time, please call the emergency contact number that you could check on listed of the confirmation voucher.
4、On departure date you will be picked up from hotel (If you stay in a hutong hotel in a narrow lane, please walk a few steps and wait for our bus on a main street), please check the pickup range as specified in details. Pickup available for hotels situated within the 3rd Ring Road of Beijing. Otherwise please go to the Swissotel Beijing at 7:30am, nearby the Exit C of Dongsishitiao Metro Station of Line 2.
